Demolition of an existing water treatment and sewage treatment system at the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area. Furnish and install new water treatment system, upgrade the existing telemetry system, replace an existing building, replace two 50,000 gallon water storage tanks and miscellaneous waterlines and isolation valves. Furnish and install a temporary potable water bypass pumping and delivery system.
Furnish and install a temporary sewage bypass system, demolition of existing sewage pump stations, furnish and install two new sewage pump stations, piping and electrical and telemetry systems.
