The Segunda Deschecha Canada (M02) Urban Runoff Treatment Facility will intercept and treat dry weather urban (storm drain) runoff from the M02 Ocean Outfall Channel. The project consists of constructing a new submersible pump station and wet well located adjacent to the exisitng channel, construction of a new 6-inch diameter force main pipeline from the new pump station to the existing City of San Clemente Water Reclamation Plant, installation of a new pressure filtration system, site piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil site work.
